I like to do quarterly review of my tools and systems for being productive. I want to make sure I’m still using all my tools and apps.  I Also want to make sure my setup is still functioning as optimally as possible.

Make it a regular habit to assess and review the tool and apps you use to keep you being productive. 

Sometimes you need some distraction free space. Maybe it’s a new project you are working on, a new proposal or you just need to carefully craft a response to a clients email. I heard someone say the other day that the world is designed to distract you. Unfortunately I think it’s true.

When I need to find my focus I turn to my iPad. 

I really don’t like printing out a document and then throwing out that piece of  paper. I feel like I throw out more paper than I really want to. I have a nice easy way to store, review and markup PDF’s while keeping it all digital.

I feel good that I can save paper and have all my PDF’s with me.
