Let’s face it you can’t do it all yourself, you will eventually need help or information from another person. You need a way to track the help you are getting. The way to do this is to have a waiting for list.

 

I’ve found my waiting for list to be one of the most useful productivity tools I use.

Do you have piles of paper stacked on your desk? Do you really think you can find everything? Is that piece of paper on top your next big project that is going to move your business forward? How about that paper under that one, you know the one you can’t see….

You need a system to keep all those loose bits of papers organized!

The one thing you can’t get back is time. It slips through your hands as you type that reply to an email from someone that really isn’t important to you. It sneaks away as you try to do it all, but really who can do it all.
